What are the most important employee benefits?
We asked for feedback via a survey, asking respondents to choose their Top 5 most important benefits and these were the options that polled most strongly.
Do you agree?
Previous big draws such as a company cars gained less than 25% of votes, and travel/season tickets was even lower at 10%. Employee discount schemes rated only just over 12%, although life assurance and the option to buy or sell annual leave polled more strongly at over 30% each.
